Archive - System Maintenance

The Mass Storage Service at the AFRL DSRC will be taken offline for scheduled maintenance from 0800 until 1500 Eastern Time on Thursday, 18 May 2023.
During this maintenance period the following issues will be addressed:

1. OS updates
2. VSM updates
3. IBM Silo Firmware update
4. IBM Tape drive updates

There is no risk of data loss during this upgrade. Purging of $WORKDIR data on the AFRL Clusters will be suspended during the time that the Mass Storage Service is unavailable.
Users will not have access to files from $ARCHIVE or $ARCHIVE_HOME during the maintenance period.
Users are invited to report problems and direct requests for unclassified assistance to the HPC Help Desk at 1-877-222-2039 or email help@helpdesk.hpc.mil.
